The Hot 4 U team will be heading to Bethnal Green and cooking up a right feast in the Cave Cuvée kitchen with dishes like pork fat bun with plum olive, Carlingford oyster with pet nat gelee, aged beef tartare with buckthorn kosho & cabbage, smoked carrot & pine with grilled cream, and malt & chocolate with artichoke on the seven course set menu.
