TATTU TO OPEN IN LONDON
Contemporary Chinese restaurant group Tattu, which has sites in Manchester, Edinburgh, Leeds and Birmingham, is coming down south to the capital this spring. The group’s fifth branch, a massive 180-cover space, will be taking over the rooftop of the Now Building on Denmark Street, so that means as well as epic interiors from Joyce Wang Studio, including a copper pannelled wall, stone garden and cherry blossom chandelier, you’ll be able to enjoy panoramic views over Soho from the terrace.
No menu details for the London restaurant have been shared yet but Executive Chef Andrew Lasseter is creating something brand new for the capital with lots of entirely new dishes – the likes of wagyu dumplings, Szechuan rock shrimp, chilli crusted tofu, Shanghai black cod, sweet & sour Iberico pork, and Tang Yaun black sesame, raspberry & ginger doughnuts feature on the Manchester menu so you kinda get the vibe. Tattu is also planning a 50% off food offer for their soft launch (we don’t know when that’ll be yet) but you can sign up here to get all the priority info.
