SUPA YA RAMEN TO LAUNCH SUMMER MENU
For the first time since opening back in September, Supa Ya Ramen is given its menu a full revamp. The updated summer menu will be perfectly suited to warmer weather, featuring new cold and soupless dishes such as the Kimchi Double Double, with cold kimchi broth, kimchi, cucumber bean sprouts and egg, and the Mushroom Mapo Tofu, with roast tomato dashi, spring onions and egg.
Supa Ya will be keeping to its experimental rep with menu highlights including two odes to British breakfast foods: the Ham, Egg and Chips Mazemen, a soupless bowl with ham hock chashu, smoked bacon & XO sauce, pickles, salt & pepper potatoes and Supa Ya’s signature fudgey egg, and the Cumberland Sausage Tantanmen, a richer bowl of spiced sausage, sesame miso, chilli paste, spring onions and egg. And there’ll be no shortage of inventive puds – expect noodle ice cream and salted caramel truffles seasoned with Sichuan pepper. Ramen just got even cooler.
