Ticket Sale Details Have Been Announced For Next Year’s Glastonbury Festival

Ah, Glastonbury. It’s a whole institution at this point, the kind of event that has people preparing weeks, months, even a year in advance. The kind of festival that has people saving up their cash and dipping into their savings. And, yes, it’s the kind of event that the mere announcement of ticket sale details warrants an article.

Glastonbury Festival hit Worthy Farm this past summer for the first time in three years, and in 2023 will return from June 21 – June 25. Tickets will go on sale in early November, a month later than the usual October release. Those buying ticket and coach packages will gain access on November 3, at 6 PM BST. Meanwhile general access tickets will go on sale November 6 at 9 AM GMT. The method is the same, with a £50 deposit due up front, with the rest of the balance paid in the first week of April 2023.

Newcomers to the festival would do well to be very aware of ticket scams in the lead-up to the event. As such a hotly-anticipated festival fakes and frauds abound. So always be sure to only get your ticket directly from the official site.

Glastonbury 2022 saw two sides of the pop canon’s coin headlining, with Billie Eilish and Paul McCartney performing as the youngest and oldest headliners in the festival’s history. We don’t think we need to tell you who was which…

So who’s on the line-up for Glastonbury 2023?

No acts have been announced yet, but you know the internet, rumours and gossip abound. Michael Eavis, head honcho for Glastonbury, told BBC Radio DJ Andy Bennett that the headliners for the next two years have already been secured. So who might it be? Well, we can only speculate. But Beyoncé did just put out her latest album, ‘Renaissance’. And Taylor Swift (the only headline for the cancelled 2o20 festival yet to return) is about to release ‘Midnights’. So the two of them hold strong potential for headline slots. Other artists rumoured to take the stage(s) include Elton John, Arctic Monkeys, Fatboy Slim, Robbie Williams, Roxy Music, and the Spice Girls!
