H&M Studio A/W 2022 Collection: The 10 H&M Studio Collection Pieces We’re Buying
You know the drill by now; a new H&M line-up drops, you add everything to cart. The latest H&M Studio A/W 2022 collection is no different either, in fact, it might be our favourite yet. We practically drooled over the brand’s autumn/winter ready to wear launch, but Studio takes the season to a whole new level.
Taking the escapism of a somewhat post-Covid world to the extreme, each limited edition piece is inspired by fashion‘s ‘Space Age’ and – calling all Elon Musk fans – modern missions to Mars. Think: Barbiecore fuschia pinks, electric turquoises and acid-wash patterns and you’ve pretty much summarised the campaign.
“How to dress for the future? That was the question the H&M Studio team was asking for autumn, as we discussed mankind’s inspiring missions to space. We came up with sharp, minimalist silhouettes that feel confidence-boosting thanks to bold, brave shots of colour – we wanted our customers to dare to dream,” said Ann-Sofie Johansson, creative adviser at H&M.
As immersive as it is, blurring the lines between digital and physical dimensions in keeping with the virtual age, a lot of the designs are actually really wearable. The silver shimmering shirt and trousers when worn together encapsulate everything we hope to achieve this party season: over the top and daring. Wear them separately, though, and they’ll bring a splash of playful fun to everyday wardrobes.
Available right now, you can shop the entire H&M Studio A/W 2022 collection here and see an edit of our favourite pieces below.
The Studio collections, which are developed by an in-house design team at the brand’s Stockholm atelier and unveiled biannually, are a chance for H&M to put its most inventive foot forward. If they’ve not done exactly that this season, we don’t know what else to say.

PSA: In line with its sustainability goals, the high-street powerhouse that is H&M has ensured that every item in the collection is made from more responsibly sourced materials like Tencel and recycled polyester, wool and brass. We couldn’t love them more.
