They gave us the renowned sausage roll, then they gave us the renowned *vegan* sausage roll, and now Greggs is back with yet another gift – just in time for the holiday season. This November, Greggs is relaunching their Festive Bakes with a first-of-its-kind pop-up where you can pair the seasonal specials with some fizz or a Greggs-inspired cocktail.

On 12th November, guests to the pop-up will be served sharing platters of sausage rolls, sweet pastries and the Festive Bakes, the annual twist on one of their classics packed with chicken, sage, & onion stuffing, bacon and a sage & cranberry sauce. If you’re wondering what a Greggs-inspired cocktail is, here are some hints. There’ll be a Sausage Roll Sour, Greggspresso Martini, Sugar Strand Daiquiri and Greggs No-Aperol Spritz – the full recipes for each it seems are either top secret or TBD.

That’s not all, there’ll also be a full DJ set, live performances, and Christmas medleys brought to you by Hunsnet. Each brunch slot is 75 minutes and you have to reserve a space in advance, paying a refundable £5 fee, to get in. Booking goes live on Friday 4th November on their socials so if you’re a member of the cult of Greggs, you’ll wanna mark that in your calendar.
