WIN AN OMA KITCHEN COOKING COURSE FOR YOU AND A FRIEND

Wish you were a bit more adventurous in the kitchen and the kind of person that can open the fridge or the cupboard and just *know* how to knock up something tasty? Oma Kitchen is the cooking course you need. So much more than a standard recipe kits, an Oma Kitchen box is designed to help you discover ingredients and dishes, and give you the confidence to explore new cuisines at home.

There are four different initial Oma Kitchen courses on offer – Korean, Mexican, Malaysian and North Indian – and each course features three distinct elements. There’s Volume, a print mag featuring essays, photography and recipes to help you learn more about the history and culture of the specific cuisine, with contributors like Dipna Anand, Will Chew, Judy Joo and Santiago Lastra. There are handpicked specialist ingredients, which aren’t perishable so you can cook at your leisure, and then there’s online learning support (which you can revisit as much as you like), with info on the key ingredients and video tutorials from top chefs, including Rohit Ghai, Karla Zazueta, Norman Musa, and Joo Won.

The idea is that with an Oma Kitchen course you can cook what you like, when you like, whether that’s practising the same dish to really nail it or trying something new every time. You’ll be a Masterchef in no time!

Ready to get cooking? We’ve teamed up with Oma Kitchen to give away two of their Korean, North Indian, Mexican and Malaysian courses, so you can have one and you can gift the other to a mate. All the deets on how to get involved are below.
