Fortnum & Mason has been running a ‘Behind the Pages’ supper club series to celebrate the best chefs and authors in the British food industry, and the next instalment will see British-Indian chef and food writer Romy Gill MBE taking over the stoves at FIELD by Fortnum’s.

On the night she will take you on a journey through some of the lesser-known parts of India and showcase a diverse range of dishes from the country through recipes from her new book On the Himalayan Trail. Romy’s menu includes the likes of:

  • Samosa Chaat (chickpeas, mint, coriander chutney & tamarind chutney)
  • Kanaguchhi Gosht (lamb and morel yakhni)
  • Chaman Kaliya (paneer in yellow gravy)
  • Yarkhandi Pulao (rice with carrots and fruit)
  • Poached Pear with Saffron
