Everyone knows Thursday is the new Friday and Ochre, the new restaurant inside the National Gallery, is really turning things up on Thursdays with its weekly Ochre Rocks party. Kick things off with some drinks; the wine selection at Ochre includes a mix of champagne, European and New World wines, with cocktails inspired by the famous works hanging in the gallery also on the list.

The dinner menu, designed for sharing, includes dishes like sweet potato & English pea samosa with mango, chilli & heritage cherry tomato; Scottish scallops with baby turnip, chorizo, preserved lemon & cime di rapa; and 21-day aged lamb rack with grilled baby gem, herb bread crumb & lamb jus. Once you’ve had dinner and got your drinks, it’s time for DJ sets and dancing as Ochre Rocks starts rocking.

We’ve teamed up with Ochre to give away a table for two at Ochre Rocks on 15th December, including a welcome cocktail and the equivalent of a three-course meal each, a bottle of house wine to share, and teas, coffees and softies on top of that.
