Prada Has Opened A Stylish New Caffé In Harrods Serving The Most Fashionable Cocktails In The City

Harrod’s latest fashion-cafe collab has finally arrived (in haute couture, no less), and at first glance, all I can say is: WOW. Teaming up with luxury Italian fashion label, Prada, Harrods’ newest dining experience sees the exclusive design house turn its hand at something even more indulgent than its clothes: food.

Opening its doors just today, the Prada Caffé welcomes spring in style, adorning the space in the brand’s ice cream-hued mint green and pops of a pale, candy pink – a colour formula synonymous with the brand that’s sure to have London Tiktokers in a tailspin.

Boasting an all-day menu that both shoppers and passers-by can enjoy, the Prada Caffé promises to bring a taste of Milan to Knightsbridge – from small breakfast plates and Italian pastries (accompanied by a solid coffee menu, in true Milanese style), to pasta dishes and pizzettes. For customers looking for something on-the-go, guests will also be able to enjoy cakes and sweet treats from their elegant patisserie counter, which takes inspiration from the brand’s Bar Luce in Milan, designed by iconic filmmaker Wes Anderson.

For those after a more elevated experience, Prada Caffé has also curated a classic cocktail menu, packed with tons of Italian classics such as the Negroni Sbagliato (with prosecco…), the Campari Spritz and the Espresso Martini.

Taking inspiration from their Corso Vittorio Emanuele II boutique in Milan, the caffé also boasts the brand’s signature checkboard flooring, alongside many of their stores’ iconic floral bas-relief on the walls, adding a quintessential luxury element to the space.

While the pop-up won’t be a permanent fixture at Harrods, the Prada Caffé will remain open until January 7th 2024, promising customers an “engaging and stimulating experience”, and offering an accessible way for fashion lovers to get a piece of Prada.

The new cafe follows a string of successful collaborations at the flagship store, including designer cafes with huge global names such as Jimmy Choo, Fendi, and most recently, Dior’s stunning gingerbread-inspired winter cafe.

Prada Caffé opens on March 31st 2023-January 7th 2024, from 9am-9pm Monday-Saturday and 12pm-6pm Sundays. The entrance can be found on Hans Road, Knightsbridge. Book the Harrods Prada Caffé in London here.
