The Dusty Knuckle is wrapping up its Dusty Dinners series before pizza nights return to the Dalston site and it’s going out in style with Ling Ling’s taking over the kitchen. Jenny Phung will be cooking up a Chinese feast for one night only, with dishes including poached chicken, king prawn & Thai basil wontons; marinated chicken supreme with lettuce wraps, perilla, Thai basil & tong ho, with a selection of sauces and pickles; Ling Ling’s corn; braised tomato tofu; and matcha & white chocolate tiramisu. Tickets are £45 and there are two sittings available so get involved.
