This Picture-Perfect Terrace Has Been Transformed Into A Tranquil English Garden
There’s a few ways you can tell if summer has arrived in London: the days start getting longer, the temperature picks up a little, and the sun (hopefully) starts shining. But another sure-fire method to tell when summer is truly underway is when the beautiful Dalloway Terrace has its annual makeover. And that moment is right now.
Quite easily one of London’s most Instagrammable restaurants, Bloomsbury’s Dalloway Terrace is back, and up to its usual tricks when it comes to décor. The restaurant’s idyllic terrace has been given a fresh look for summer, and after what feels like the longest winter in history, sipping seasonal cocktails in this floral wonderland is just the treat we need.
This season, Dalloway Terrace has collaborated with pioneers of ethical beauty and wellbeing, Neal’s Yard Remedies, and premium mixer brand, The London Essence Co. to create a partnership that showcases their commitment to uphold ethical and sustainable practices in their industries, while championing the preservation of British biodiversity.
The terrace has been transformed with a floral installation, courtesy of highly renowned British luxury florist, Wild at Heart. Look out for rosemary, elderflower, lavender and chamomile filling the walls and capturing the very essence of a beautiful summer’s day in an English garden. You’ll feel connected with nature in no time and will quickly forget that you’re actually in the heart of a bustling city.
This summer, guests can enjoy a truly delectable experience with the Neal’s Yard co-branded afternoon tea. The quintessential afternoon tea delights will incorporate bee-friendly ingredients, and a highlight of the menu will be their exclusive organic herbal tea blend, Lemon Balm & Elderflower Biodiversitea.
For guests who want their drink of choice to pack a bit more of a punch, The London Essence Company is offering a seasonal cocktail menu with their range of exquisite mixers full of beautifully balanced botanicals.
The Dalloway Terrace x Neal’s Yard Remedies afternoon tea and floral installation will be running for three months from May 18. The afternoon tea is priced at £45 per person and available between 1pm and 4pm.
